Quality Supervision Simulation has been a thriving success in Ventura County!

In collaboration, Child Welfare Development Services (CWDS) & Ventura County Child & Family Services (CFS) created this learning environment to enhance the practice of quality supervision. This simulation series is a true demonstration of comprehensive teaming, training, and implementation planning across all three levels of Child Welfare leadership.

Here’s what one of our participants had to say about the sessions:

“I just wanted to extend my appreciation and kudos on the Sim Lab the past two days. I think it went very well and I learned a lot. I know that this took an immense amount of work so I wanted to say thank you very much. I wish that I had something like this when I first became a Supervisor. I was telling my Supervisor yesterday that I could have sidestepped a lot of mistakes (I mean opportunities for growth).”
