Trainer Biography

Laura L. Rogers, LCSW

Laura Rogers has been in the non-profit field since 1994 and an administrator since 2001, she has direct practice in Substance Abuse, Residential, Mental Health, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Education, Community-Based, Children, Adolescents and Families, Evidenced-Based Practices, Trauma Informed Care & Crisis.  She has specialized in conducting mental health assessments for elementary, middle and high school students throughout San Diego County. As an administrator, she developed and implemented a Single Point of Access and Accountability in Oneida County, NY; assisted in ramping up and ensuring projects contracted with through Northwestern in Child Welfare, Mental Health and Juvenile Justice; and assisted three non-profit agencies in California in implementing the CANS/ANSA within their programs.
