Behavioral health professionals can be instrumental is assisting others with this transformation when they have a clear understanding on how to best support and guide this change. Instilling hope for what is possible is the starting point and using tools to guide the change is the action phase. Eileen is thrilled to be one of the leads with the CANS roll out because this tool can initiate and measure change in a collaborative and transparent manner to obtain the desired transformation.
