Lisa Tamres, MSW

Lisa Tamres, MSW, has 25 years of experience at the County of Orange Social Services Agency including 23 years of service in child welfare as line worker, supervisor, trainer and manager.  Her assignments included various aspects of the child welfare process ranging from emergency response, court dependency, family reunification/maintenance and adoptions as well as CWS/CMS planning, training, implementation, reporting and maintenance beginning in 1997.  Ms. Tamres has additional experience at the county including managing the Program Integrity department which handles CACI grievance reviews, county and state appeals for all services & benefits, civil rights complaints, fraud and IEVS (Income and Eligibility Verification Systems).  Her experience outside the county includes Regional Center for the developmentally disabled and a university-affiliated hospital social worker in neonatal intensive care and outpatient follow up clinics as well as dialysis and transplant units.
