In April 2025, the Finance & Business Services (FBS) Division gathered in person for a meaningful day of strategic planning, collaboration, and connection. It was a powerful moment for our Contracts & Fiscal Management, Facilities & Administration, and Systems Management teams to come together as one unified division, aligned in purpose and energized by forward momentum.

We spent the day revisiting our mission, vision, and objectives. We grounded our work in the Academy’s Strategic Plan and reaffirmed our role as the backbone of the organization. Together, we developed initiatives to guide our efforts in the year ahead. These initiatives focus on improving systems and operations, strengthening support for current partners, and creating space for new partnerships, audiences, and opportunities for growth. And of course, we shared good food, laughter, and moments that reminded us why we love doing this work.
