The Cultural Competency Academy Executive Training series is designed for Executives in Behavioral Sciences.

The January 2023 Executive series will combine Collaborative Digital Learning, virtual training, collaborative learning activities, and coaching experiences to give the Executives the tools for the practical application of inclusive leadership practices.

Themes of this series include but are not limited to: privilege and classism in behavioral health, Executive allyship, historical context, navigating critical and difficult conversations about race, evaluations of the influences of position, and tools to become agents of change.
