This course is designed for new and seasoned APS supervisors.

As an APS supervisor, one of your roles is to promote staff’s physical, emotional, and psychological safety. In this course, we will define trauma-informed supervision, explore the six principles of trauma-informed care and apply them to supervision, and share various strategies and tools you can use to help promote safety and well-being with your staff.
