Supervisor Coaching Program FY 24-25

Adult Protective Services Workforce Innovations (APSWI) is excited to announce the FY 24-25 APS Supervisor Coaching Program designed to enhance knowledge, confidence, and develop value-based leadership skills. This program will serve new APS Supervisors hired or promoted in April 2023 or after, in the following Southern California counties: San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino.

The coaching program will run from August 2024 through May 2025 and will provide both group and individual coaching sessions designed to complement the APS Supervisor Core training deliveries which will include core competencies 1 through 4.
