Participants learn how federal, state, and local housing programs connect, how access points such as Coordinated Entry and Public Housing Authorities function, and how APS‑specific tools like Home Safe can support housing stability. The workshop emphasizes realistic navigation strategies, collaboration with local partners, and identifying resources that help clients stretch limited income toward basic needs. This training is designed for APS line staff who interview clients, assess risk, coordinate services, and support safety planning within complex housing systems.
