Housing Instability: Engagement, Assessment, and Support deepens APS professionals’ understanding of the complex realities faced by older adults experiencing housing insecurity and strengthens the practical skills needed to respond effectively. Participants learn approaches for outreach, engagement, and initial assessment while navigating overlapping medical, behavioral health, cognitive, housing, and social concerns. This workshop is designed for APS line staff who interview clients, assess risk, and develop service plans.
