This thought-provoking training enhances self-awareness and ongoing self-reflection of the APS professional which are essential when analyzing situations from a culturally responsive lens. Participants will learn the basic components of ethics and values as applied to APS and be able to apply a practical framework for ethical and culturally responsive decision-making.
