Supervisor Core

• After hosting the Supervisor Core Overview (T4T) in December 2023, CalSWEC worked to make minor revisions to this two day, instructor-led course, to reflect more current content. The materials, new version change document, and all supplementals have been added to the course template.

Common Core:

• An ADA compliant Evident Change WebSDM training portal instructions document has been added to the following instructor-led courses:
  • Interviewing Children
  • Managing the Plan
  • Structured Tools & Assessment Skills Lab
  • Transition Practice
    • *This additional file needs to be added to the instructor folder within the RTA’s existing sections

Evaluation Guide A new iteration of the Evaluation Guide and the Version Change Document (VCD) have been uploaded (version January 2024). As always, the Evaluation Guide is included in the course materials for all courses for Trainers to easily access during the day of training and before.

REMINDERS:

• Use the Blackboard Ally tool (in the “Administrator Tools” panel) to ensure your CACWT course content is accessible. Courses should meet a minimum of 85% accessibility with a benchmark goal of 92%+ in Blackboard Ally. In addition to the Ally tool, all materials must be manually checked for ADA compliance before final upload. Here are resources to support ADA compliance.
• Quarterly CACWT Accessibility Report was updated on 12/21.
