Tiffany Hymon, MA
CWDS Practice Coach - San Bernardino
Tiffany Hymon is a dynamic program leader and advocate with over a decade of experience supporting youth, families, and at-risk populations through trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. In her most current role, she served as a Parent Partner and Transitional Age Youth Peer Support Specialist at Community Access Network, where she mentors clients, strengthens family engagement, and helps young people build the skills needed to thrive.
Her career spans program management, workforce development, and community advocacy. At Mollie’s House, Tiffany directed residential treatment programs for girls who were survivors of sex trafficking, coordinating care with mental health professionals, law enforcement, and social services providers to ensure holistic healing and empowerment. She has also supported educational advancement and vocational training for at-risk youth as a Student Coordinator, while her early work as a paraprofessional strengthened her foundation in special education and behavior intervention.
With a strong background in program development, crisis intervention, and organizational leadership, Tiffany is committed to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in every environment she serves. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership – Ethics from Claremont Lincoln University, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Guided by a passion for mentorship, advocacy, and systemic change, Tiffany is dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for individuals and communities to reach their fullest potential.
