The Resource Families Approval (RFA) Written Directives version 7 released on January 13, 2021 is in revision stages.  A new version 8 – Written Directives is in the process.  It had a tentative completion date of July 2022.  The Relative Family Approval Background Assessment Guide (BAG) with a revision date of June 6, 2022 is also available to review the changes made to SB-354. 

There are no new items to report as the Southern Counties had their first meeting of the fiscal year scheduled for August 15, 2022.  Unfortunately, the meeting was canceled, as the State has not provided any new information to the changes added to SB-354.
