The main discussion topic and biggest change affecting RFA currently is SB354, which went into effect on January 1, 2022. CDSS released an ACL 22-33 on May 5, 2022 addressing the changes associated with the implementation of SB354. An updated Background Assessment Guide is available now. CDSS is planning a webinar in the near future. A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on SB354, the ACL and a mailbox is available for CDSS to receive questions from the counties @ SB354@dss.ca.gov. The next meeting is on Monday, June 6, 2022.
