Staff Biography

Tricia Mosher, MSW, LCSW
Southern Area Consortium of Human Services (SACHS) and Leaders in Action (LIA) Program Consultant

Tricia Mosher is a respected leader and coach in collaborative, systemic change. She
has dedicated over three decades to transforming lives through her work in social work,
focusing on work in Human Services. Tricia her expertise to drive organizational and
professional development nationwide. As a coach with experience at all workforce levels and in her work directly with families and communities, Tricia takes a
strengths-based approach, continuously evolving her work to incorporate emerging and
evidence-informed practices through the lens of Implementation Science. Tricia works
in partnership to build and support teams that empower and achieve optimal
performance, centering the voices of the families and communities she serves., Tricia
holds a master’s degree in social work from Boston University and clinical licenses in
California, Florida, and Maine. Additional recent qualifications include: Motivational
Interviewing (MINT 2022), International Coaching Federation Training (2022). Tricia
primarily works in Leadership Development, Practice Model implementation, Child,
Family, and Community Teaming, and utilizing healing-centered approaches to Child,
Adolescent, and Expanded Family Safety, Resilience, and Connection.
Tricia is responsible for the overall management of the SACHS and LIA programs,
including program planning, implementation, resource development, evaluation, and
community and stakeholder interface. This position collaborates with various Academy
staff who provide program coordination and administrative support, research, and evaluation to the SACHS and LIA programs.
In her spare time, Tricia has a passion for travel, reading, and connecting with friends
and family, preferably near an ocean.
