Mechelle Robinson, LMFT is a transformative leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of child welfare, workforce development, and organizational change. Currently serving as a Consultant Manager for Child Welfare Development Services (CWDS), she specializes in translating complex statewide policies into actionable regional strategies that drive systemic improvement.
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep foundation in organizational behavior and crisis response, Mechelle bridges the gap between clinical excellence and high-level project manager. Her leadership extends beyond the office into governance and advocacy; she currently serves as Vice President on two non-profit boards and is a dedicated advocate for families and children with special needs. Whether facilitating parent workgroups or overseeing multi-county contracts, Mechelle is defined by her commitment to culturally responsiveness, fiscal accountability, and the advancement of equity in child welfare practice.
