Courtney Ketcham serves as the CWDS Accessibility Remediation Coordinator at the Academy for Professional Excellence, where she remediates CWDS content and advanced training curriculum in order to maintain ADA compliance of web and electronic content to be accessible to individuals who have disabilities. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English with a concentration in Creating Writing from California State University Northridge in 2020. Courtney has worked in higher education for close to seven years, maintaining roles in accessibility and remediation, administrative support, student success support, project-based work, and also outreach and event planning.

Courtney has a professional background of three years providing accessible electronic content to college students with disabilities and college staff, including newsletters, presentations, and flyers. She also has a professional background in video capturing, proofreading, and editing pre-recorded video captions, and video editing, as well as creating instructional videos.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys hobbies that are creative and entertainment-based, such as baking, listening to music, doing arts and crafts, and watching movies and tv shows. Not only is Courtney a dedicated hard worker, but she also values being helpful and kind in the workplace and in life, in general. Courtney is a team player and enjoys engaging with people. Lastly, Courtney is also a Disney fan and enjoys coffee.
