Caitlin Mulholland

Caitlin Mulholland joined the Academy for Professional Excellence as an Evaluation Systems Analyst in 2024. Caitlin graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she majored in Computer Information Sciences, specializing in Business Intelligence. Caitlin is also equally passionate about the social sciences, having earned her associate degree in World Languages with a focus on Spanish. Caitlin has more than five years of experience serving students in higher education, most recently having worked with organizational development and assessment as a data analyst for Cal Poly Pomona Associated Students, Inc. Before that she handled databases and learning management systems in student-facing roles at their home community college in Orange County. Caitlin has a long-standing enthusiasm for advancing community well-being and hopes to leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and improve organizational efficiency.
