Alex Yokley, MPH
Research Analyst

Alex Yokley is a Research Analyst within the Strategy, Development & Organizational Advancement Division (SDOA). In this role, she supports the Statewide Child Welfare Workforce through research and stakeholder collaboration. She also contributes to the Workforce Innovation Program by conducting research that informs curriculum development and training initiatives.
Alex has a Master’s degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley and a background in applied research, training, and education. Before joining the Academy in 2025, she worked in trauma-informed nutrition programming, helping communities gain access to healthy foods and develop healthy relationships with food and their bodies. Alex is passionate about advancing health equity by centering community empowerment and resilience.
