Trainer Biography
Vincent DeOcampo
Vincent DeOcampo has 20 years of Law Enforcement experience. He began as a Juvenile Probation Officer with San Diego County then went to the Chula Vista Police for over 16 years. He has worked a variety of investigative assignments to include School Resource Officer, Gangs & Narcotics, Financial crimes, Arson and Explosives. He was on the SWAT team and certified as an Instructor in Active Shooter tactics. In 2017, he was hired by the DA’s office and assigned to the Juvenile Division where he specializes in school threat investigations and was a member of the STAT team.
