Trainer Biography

Berta Zangari

Ms. Zangari graduated from the California State University, San Diego with a BA in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude.  Then she obtained her JD Cum Laude from Baylor University School of Law.  She has been representing parents in juvenile dependency cases in San Diego since 2001.  Since 2016 she has been a Firm Director at Dependency Legal Services of San Diego where she supervises five attorneys who represent parents in juvenile dependency cases.
