Trainer Biography
Barbara Higgins
Barbara Higgins has been an educator in San Diego County for the past 20 years; starting her career as an elementary and high school teacher, she then worked as an assistant principal, principal and Director of Student Services at the district level, before coming to the San Diego County Office of Education to work in Student Support Services in April of 2017. Throughout her career, Barbara has focused her work on serving traditionally marginalized student populations as well as on creating safe school environments for students, staff and families.
