Housing Instability: Examining the Layers introduces APS professionals to the factors that contribute to housing instability and how these experiences shape client behavior, needs, and engagement. Participants explore bias, the interplay of behavioral, cognitive, and physical health, and trauma‑informed approaches that strengthen assessment and rapport. This workshop is designed for APS staff who interview clients, assess risk, and develop service plans.
