APS Leaders Institute
The goal of the APS Leaders Institute is to enhance the capacity for APS Program Managers and Adult Services Administrators to drive program improvements by examining and building upon federal and state regulations, guidelines, current research and best practices.
California and national experts deliver workshops on topics that are top-of-mind to APS managers and adult services administrators. Workshops also provide opportunities for participants to share their strategies and challenges with their peers.
