Niesha N. Turner has been in the field of social services for over 20 yrs. She began her role as a Practice Coach in 2021.  She is a former Intake Supervisor from San Bernardino County Child and Family Services. Niesha has an Associates of Science degree in Human Services and a BS in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She started her career with Child Welfare Services in Tennessee in 2000 as a Case manager. She provided preventive services to at risk youth and their families. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Tennessee in 2003. She then began her career as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has worked in the field providing care and treatment to children, adolescents and adults. Niesha Turner has worked in various settings as a social worker, therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director.

Niesha Turner is a mother of two and her favorite things to do is being with her family and spending time at the beach. Her hobbies include reading, yoga and weight training.
