C. Terese Parker, MPSW

Parker, who uses ze/zir/zirs pronouns. Parker holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and brings over 10 years of experience as a trainer, specializing in a diverse range of subjects including sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, extended foster care, foster youth bill of rights, Wraparound, cybersecurity, AI, and many other topics.
Parker has extensive policy experience, having worked with the California Youth Connection for five years, contributing to significant political and social advocacy efforts. Ze is an esteemed trainer for both the Bay Area Academy and UC Davis, where zir expertise and dedication are highly valued.
A dedicated advocate for cyber safety and responsible digital citizenship, Parker is passionate about teaching individuals and organizations how to leverage AI to enhance advocacy efforts and address diverse needs. Parker graduated from the University of Michigan in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Over the past decade, ze has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience, blending digital dexterity with core social work principles to engage effectively with diverse communities and promote positive change both online and offline.
