Intended Audience: Trainers who want information on research and evidence based practice (EBP) and strategies for infusing research and EBP into training. Additional information on evaluation in training will be discussed.

Intended Objectives:

  • Identify the definition of evidence based practices
  • Identify good practices and resources when conducting research for a training
  • Identify strategies for infusing EBP into training
  • Demonstrate the use of the Classroom Performance System as one tool of training evaluation
