Intended Audience: Assistant Regional Managers, Regional Managers, Division Chiefs’ or CSA II and CSA III

Intended Objectives:
- Review various decision-making and problem-solving models
- Identify strategies to initiate and monitor for best practice
- Explore steps in program design, implementation and evaluation
- Link program design to policy & procedure development/implementation
- Recognize importance of including personnel at all levels in strategic planning
- List steps in successful strategic planning
- Provide oral presentation on a recently-led organizational change and the ways in which it was or was not successful
Competency:
Planning and Evaluating: determines objectives and strategies; coordinates with other parts of the organization to accomplish goals; monitors and evaluates the progress and outcomes of operational plans; anticipates potential threats or opportunities.
