Intended Audience: Assistant Regional Managers, Regional Managers, Division Chiefs’ or CSA II and CSA III

Intended Objectives:
- Review the role of manager
- Define the function of manager as liaison within communities and across systems
- Link manager competencies to those within the DCFS shared core practice model
- Complete a self-assessment to be used to understand strengths and challenges in role as manager
- List the goals and themes of the manager series including transfer of learning tools
- Recognize the importance in maintaining the integrity of the organization and identify the manager’s role to support integrity
- Review a model of critical thinking and create steps to support a culture of thoughtfulness
Competency:
