Jovanni Holloway
MSW, LCSW
Jovanni Holloway holds a master’s degree in Social Work with concentration in Child Welfare, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California Davis. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has over ten years of experience in social services and child welfare. She worked for the Department of Children and Family Services (CFS), San Bernardino County, for more than eight years as a child welfare worker, and the Department of Social Services Riverside County in the welfare to work program for several years. She is an adjunct professor of social work for UMASS global and currently works in private practice as a mental health therapist.
She enjoys volunteering with her church for over the past 15 years in ministries connected to serving displaced populations, battered women, helping individuals with mental health challenges, organizing community events, and so much more. She was the Director of the Children’s Ministry for 7 years where she worked with children and their families in their spiritual growth. She was also a board member for the Centre (now known as The HUB), non-profit organization, where we create and provide workshops on life skills, organization in the areas of social service services, human development, and innovation.
She loves traveling, trying new foods, dancing, reading, taking walks, going to the beach, praying, spending time with friends & family, and going on adventures. She also enjoys training, teaching and providing encouragement and motivation for people to live their lives to the fullest!
