Anne Ballard
Anne Ballard has over 25 years of lived experience and professional development and expertise working directly in the realm of child welfare and wellness programs. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Marriage in Family Therapy. Anne completed the UC Davis Coaching for Work and Life program in June 2025. Her skill set includes training, facilitation, coaching, career development, curricular development, and state mandated policy committee collaboratives.
Anne enjoys partnering with people to assist in determining work and life goals and implementing plans to achieve those goals. Her authenticity and realness with people create an environment in which psychological safety is provided which allows for a safe place for personal growth to occur. Being seen, heard, valued and connected is her guiding force. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, working out and spending time in nature with her dog Ginger.
