Course Description

This 3-hour virtual workshop strengthens APS professionals’ ability to apply critical analysis in their work. Participants will explore and practice five essential critical analysis skills: information seeking, considering multiple solutions, emotional intelligence, tolerating ambiguity, and effective communication. Designed for both new and experienced APS professionals, this training supports decision-making in APS casework and person-centered service planning.
