Joline Martina
Joline Martina led a professional career with 24 years of experience in Child Welfare Services (CWS) in San Diego County, where she served as a regional manager. Throughout her career, she has excelled in supervising and managing critical programs such as Emergency Response, Court Intervention, and Continuing Services. Her diverse experience also includes specialized roles at Polinsky Children’s Center and working on initiatives related to Hotline, Drug Endangered Children, Asylum, Unaccompanied Minors, and Placement.
Ms. Martina was an early adopter of innovative practices including Child and Family Team Meetings, Safety Organized Practice, and Safety Enhanced Together. She also supported the implementation for Components for Enhancing Clinical Engagement and Reducing Trauma (CE-CERT). Additional areas of expertise include: investigations, safety and risk assessment, Safe Measures, and Transborder services for families.
