Adam Sibenaller, M.Ed.
Leadership Development/Hiring Supervisor

For over 10 years, Adam worked in higher education where he primarily focused his time on leading teams in facilitating the daily operations of the residential experience for on-campus communities. In those roles, Adam was passionate about hiring/onboarding new professionals, creating engaging professional development opportunities for his team, and advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) goals for the teams he led.
Through Adam’s career, he gained further interest in HR and organizational development, which led him to transition outside of higher education. Adam began working in organizational development at a San Diego-based financial services start-up where he successfully implemented a new, modern, and inclusive talent acquisition process. Additionally, Adam also facilitated the company’s employee engagement work and laid the foundation for the company to begin developing a formal leadership development program for its employees.
When Adam is not at work, he is an avid amusement park enthusiast, beach-goer, lap swimmer, kayaker, home cook, gamer, and spends time with his two dogs. He has a rescued miniature schnauzer mix named Gladys, and a rescued mixed-breed dog named Gustav.
