Our Operations Team members are at the heart of our classroom deliveries. We manage all the logistics from scheduling the delivery to making sure that the class runs smoothly on the day of delivery. We work closely with all of the Service Providers and learners to help support a quality learning environment. Our team structure has changed over the past 6 months, so we wanted to share these changes with you!
The team is led by the Operations Training Manager, Monica Sanchez (mnsanchez@sdsu.edu). Reporting to her is our Program Assistant, Leanne Thiltgen (lethiltgen@sdsu.edu) who helps support the entire program and often helps step in for class coverage when we get in a bind.
The team of Training Coordinators is overseen by Training Coordinator Supervisor, Michelle Hofer (mhofer@sdsu.edu). Our Training Coordinators are Frances Arnal (farnal@sdsu.edu) Media Fettinger (mfettinger@sdsu.edu), and Michele Darden (mdarden@sdsu.edu). The breakdown of scheduling by county is as follows:

Media – Orange, Imperial and San Diego
Michele D. – Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside and most Regional
Our Training Operations Assistant or TOA team is supervised by our TOA Supervisors Andrew Vaquilar (avaquilar@sdsu.edu) and Eden Grogan (kgrogan@sdsu.edu). Andrew oversees the TOAs assigned to San Diego and Orange County and Eden is overseeing those assigned to Riverside and San Bernardino.

We also have Chris Badalof (cbadalof@sdsu.edu), Brett Clark (bclark@sdsu.edu) and Danielle Ervin (djervin@sdsu.edu) currently as Training Hosts who work on a per diem basis and we are recruiting for a few more!
