This eLearning was developed by the APS Training Project, a project of the Academy for Professional Excellence, San Diego State University School of Social Work in collaboration with the Protective Services Operations Committee and CDSS Adults Programs Policy and Operations Bureau.

The form tracks how many reports were taken, how many investigations were conducted, the types of abuse allegations investigated, the number of cases completed and the findings of the investigations among other things.

This training is intended for managers, supervisors and those that make case status decisions and/or complete the SOC 242  (1.5 CEs).

There is a $45 registration fee for participants from outside of California.
