Trainer Biography
Tricia Pegues, PhD Candidate
Tricia Pegues is currently a full-time Practice Consultant for the Public Child Welfare Training Academy assigned to Riverside County. Tricia has a Master’s of Science in Human Services/Social and Community Services and she is currently a PhD Candidate in the dissertation phase of her Doctorate in Counseling.
Tricia has previously worked for Riverside County Children’s Services Division since 2000, as a Lineworker in Court Dependency, Continuing Services, Standby Callback, and Wraparound. Additionally, Tricia has worked in the private foster family agencies as a social worker and most recently a Supervisor, also responsible for training and certifying foster family agency homes through the PRIDE training courses. Tricia currently serves as a volunteer Board Member and Officer of Programs for CADE (Christians Actively Demolishing Exploitation).
