eLearning for Core Curriculum Module 22

APS professionals play a vital role in protecting older and dependent adults and helping the Criminal Justice System get justice by holding people guilty of abuse, neglect, or exploitation accountable for their crimes. In this course, we’ll explore the partnerships APS forms with law enforcement, prosecutors, and the courts to safeguard older and dependent adults and describe how to apply California-specific legal frameworks, program policies and procedures, and culturally responsive and client-centered approach to strengthen client safety and address the uniques needs of California’s diverse communities.
