This eLearning focuses on skills that are important when approaching another agency, such as mental health or public guardian, to provide the intervention.

This course will teach APS professional the following skills:

  1. Learn how to identify involuntary interventions and when their use is appropriate.
  2. Focuses on ethical issues that arise when employing involuntary case plans.
  3. Look at all the information you need to collect and organize in order to make the case that an involuntary intervention is needed.
