L Bailor

Loraine Bailor, MSW, LCSW

Ms. Bailor has been engaged in working with young people and their families in crisis situations for over 20 years, including local community outreach, juvenile probation, and Child Protective Services, and currently provides individual, family and group counseling in a partial hospitalization/outpatient mental health clinic setting, where she also supervises MSW interns and other students within the behavioral sciences.

Ms. Bailor is a 1999 graduate of California Baptist University, with an MSW from Loma Linda University (as a Title IV-E rep for CALSWEC, class of 2001), and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2010 who has provided social work services as a volunteer in Kenya, China, and with Native American women in the Southwest.

Ms. Bailor has been a trainer with PCWTA since 2014, teaching Values & Ethics, Child Maltreatment Identification, and Orientation to Child Welfare Practice. Ms. Bailor is married, has 3 grown children, a grandchild she adores, and is a rescue adoptive parent of a dog and a cat. In her free time, Ms. Bailor loves to travel, read, learn and develop new skills, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with others in training and educational settings as a way of investing in the next generation of social work and helping professionals.
