Ron Dailey, MSW
The majority of my professional career has been in the Child Welfare arena, where I was a supervisor for over 25 years. Working with families that have experienced victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and sex trafficking. I have worked directly with forensic medical services, County Counsel and the District Attorney offices, domestic violence advocates and law enforcement. I have directed staff in assisting those families from a trauma focused and empathetic approaches in providing services with the goal of reunification. I have worked in all program components within child welfare and I have served as subject expert on several contracts, such as the Juvenile Court’s Drug Court contracts, attended the Contract Academy and participated in developing RFP’s scope of work and deliverables for several contracts. As a member of the Quality Assurance Unit, I researched and created reports regarding integration of research in policy and program development, exploring child care subsidies for child care.
