Frances Berman, BA
Frances Berman graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from California State University, Northridge, in 1986. She began working for Fresno County as a Social Worker in 1989, including around 25 years in Child Welfare in the areas of Emergency Response, Family Reunification, Court Writing, County Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) Representative, and Quality Assurance for the Case Reviews. Since retiring from Fresno County in 2019, Frances has continued working in the areas of Case Reviews and CACI Hearings through the Central California Training Academy. She is happy to now be associated with the Southern Academy as well.
Frances loves reading or watching a good mystery. She also enjoys traveling (especially cruising), learning about the differences and similarities of how people live.
