Roadmap to Recovery
Roadmap to Recovery is an educational and empowering peer to peer group provided throughout San Diego county. R2R is a series of sessions designed to support a person who is experiencing or has experienced mental health issues. These groups support a person’s introduction to recovery. The 13 session interactive group is a structured place for people to discuss common recovery experiences. This includes discussions about meetings with doctors, side effects of medication, how to relate to family members regarding mental illness and the ups and downs of mental health recovery.
