How to Enroll

The Public Child Welfare Training Academy’s (PCWTA) trainings are open to the Public Child Welfare Staff who work in the participating southern region counties. County staff are given first priority to register.

For county staff, please contact your County’s Training Center to register for PCWTA’s classes. Most courses are offered at our Riverside training site. Some courses, however, are offered in other locations in the counties we serve. Please confirm the location of your particular course or class.

San Diego County

For questions and registration for in-person training by county staff only, call: Kim Giardina (858) 616-5965.

Imperial County

For questions by county staff, call: Kelley Sanchez (760) 337-7879. To register for training, call (760) 337-7709.

Los Angeles County

For questions by county staff, email: Dennyse Williams willidd@dcfs.lacounty.gov

Orange County

To register for scheduled trainings, enroll through OC’s Training Partner (click here tp2005) For questions by county staff, email a Training Partner Administrator at TPartnerinq@ssa.ocgov.com or call 714-435-7200 and ask for a Training Partner Administrator.

Riverside County

To register for training, call (909) 413-5656.

San Bernardino County

For questions by county staff, call: PERC, (909) 420-6400. To register for training, follow the instructions on flyers sent.

Ventura County
