I sent in my registration form, but was told I’m not fully registered. What does that mean?
To be fully registered for the Conference means that your space is reserved and you are guaranteed entry to the Conference. To be fully registered the BHETA Help Desk must have processed both your registration form and your payment.

I attached a copy of my receipt with my registration form to show I already paid for my ticket, but was told I’m not fully registered. What does that mean?
To be fully registered for the Conference means that your space is reserved and you are guaranteed entry to the Conference. To be fully registered the BHETA Help Desk must have processed both your registration form and your payment. We can only record that your payment has been made when it has been processed by our finance department, which can take up to a week after your payment has been made.

Is there an order I have to go by when submitting my registration form and payment for the Conference?
No. As long as the BHETA Help Desk receives both your registration form and payment, the order does not matter. You can pay first, you can send us your registration form first; as long as they both are received and can be linked together by name, we can fully register you for the conference.

How will I know when I am fully registered for the Conference and my space is reserved?
You will receive an automated email when you are fully registered for the CYF-SOC Conference. Remember that both payment and registration form must be received to be fully registered.

If you have any other questions about registration, or would like to check on your status, you can contact the BHETA Help Desk  at BHETA@sdsu.edu or (619) 594-0923.
