Course Description

Addressing the unique stressors faced by Adult Protective Service line staff, this course examines the factors impacting worker engagement and wellbeing. It differentiates burnout from related workplace challenges like secondary traumatic stress, empathic distress, and moral distress. It provides line staff with strategies to strengthen resilience and improve overall wellbeing.
