Team Facilitation: Successful Child and Family Teams

Level: Core/Advanced Practice – (Lineworker, Supervisor, Manager)

Credits: 6.0

Intended Audience: All professionals involved in facilitating child and family teams (CFTs).

Description of Course: This course will offer a foundation in team facilitation, along with strategies to help the team process flow more smoothly and successfully.

Intended Objectives:

  • Review steps in the team facilitation process
