  • Assess case plan and service needs for children exposed to IPV
  • Use research in social work practice

  • Research on children who have been exposed to IPV
  • Exposure vs. witnessing IPV
  • Behavioral indicators by chronological age of the child
  • Effects on social, physical and psychological/emotional domains
  • Trauma associated with IPV
  • Protective factors that mitigate the effects of IPV
