Special Projects Overview

In addition to the Academy’s main programs, the Academy continues to support various Special Projects, which are housed under the Network for Excellence in Human Services (NEHS). These Special Projects mainly consist of such activities as providing organizational development consultation, training, and technical assistance to address specific needs and challenges faced by health and human service agencies and community-based social service agencies.

The Network for Excellence in Human Services assists agencies and organizations in the following ways:

Developing innovative training programs Identifying and analyzing critical research and data Conducting workforce analysis Providing technical assistance Implementing program evaluation
